Had the privilege to photograph a good friend of mine. She's due in February and looks as cute as cute can be!
The only bad thing about having babies in the winter months is that you take maternity pictures in the winter months.Even though they look so sweet and warm..they are really freezing and smiling through chattering teeth.
I would say they were GREAT SPORTS!!----At least BABY AGGIE was warm ;>)

It is HUSH HUSH what the gender is of this baby...BUT one thing is for sure, it's going to be an AGGIE!

Pictures in Time for Christmas Cards and Gifts

Well there was a couple of weeks ago where I was SWAMPED! Families asking me to get their family photographed in time for GREAT GIFTS and 2010 Christmas Cards. Funny thing when you are taking EVERYONE else's pictures and designing Christmas Cards for others the Photographer tends to fall behind on their own family Christmas Card and family gifts.  I guess it is kind of like the old saying about the "Dentist's own kids having bad teeth but everyone else in town has pearly whites." And I know there are a lot of other silly, but true sayings out there that fall in line with that same thought.  But NO WORRIES, I got mine all done...FINALLY... and feel the stress lifting a tad and now I can stress on all the last minute shopping that I've got to get done!

It seemed after having a really good rain... and I mean REALLY GOOD.. (I was frantically sweeping a flash flood from my front door)the turning Fall leaves became more vibrant and colorful (I'm sure it was because they had a good bath).
I was so glad to be able to go out and take some pictures of some adorable girls and take advantage of the beautiful oranges, reds, and even purple backdrop.

Custom Birth Announcement

Recently I had the honor of photographing Baby Brooklyn down in the Houston area.  Her Mommy and Daddy then asked me to design Brooklyn's Birth Announcement.  I had a lot of fun working with them and creating something fun and unique AND give them a really great price in the process!

The 5X7 card was printed on the front and back and on linen paper with matching linen envelopes.

What an honor to have your own little sister ask you to take her engagement pictures! She wanted me to photograph their wedding as well but it might be kind of difficult with me being a bridesmaid...I may be a tad distracted. Oh well. Lovin' that I can at least do this much!
