A niche I fell into. I didn't go out looking for it but it found me. I have to admit I look at real estate on almost a daily basis (via email alerts). I often would get frustrated at the market while scrolling down the images of available homes. At times even frustrated at the quality of images, lack of images, angle, etc. Not good representations of the home. So when a local Realtor approached me about taking his real estate images I felt like this is something I can do and do it well because I know what looks appealing to my own eye. I'm happy to say that the very two houses I photographed for him sold within a week.
